Cerca de las lagunas
bajamos del Van conducido por el funcionario de la UMAG y nuestro guía,
Salvador Reyes a disfrutar del paisaje y sufrir el viento. A la izquierda
se ve a Miguel Mansilla y su señora, luego Ignacio Cruz (CIEMAT,
España), Robert Gash (Alemania) y atrás Japp Vermeij (Holanda).
La vista en este punto valía la pena a pesar de los embates del
viento.

Near "Las Mellizas" we got out from the van that was driven
by Salvador Reyes. Salvador was our guide and mentor for the two days
we spent in Torres del Paine. We wanted to enjoy the magnificent view
in spite of the fierce and cold wind. On the left we see Miguel Mansilla
and his wife (Centro de Estudios Espaciales, U. de Chile), Ignacio Cruz
(CIEMAT, Spain), Robert Gash (Germany) and Japp Vermeij. As we can see
on the next photo, the view was worth suffering the wind.
